"This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and again another amazing stay. Pauline on reception was so friendly and spoke to us more like a friend. She even thanked us for the leaving a review. We stayed in room 123 which had little steps up to it and was like a hobbits room but super cosy. Even though the hotel was extremely busy the staff couldn't do enough for the guests, always on hand to talk to guests and always had a friendly smile on their face. "absolutely stunning location and rooms. when arriving felt like we were driving into a new build estate. check in information had been sent to me on whatsapp however due to poor signal and crossing border into NI this message had not come through properly, but check in was easy once this little hiccup was navigated. Room was a fab size, beautifully furnished, with stunning views. Communal kitchen and dining space was clean and easy to navigate meaning we weren't confined to our room. Road nearby...
