"Recently renewed. Clean. Incredible staff. Good AC. Excellent location, but in a busy street. Family room facing away from the street, so no issues with noice at night. Parking not on site, 2 blocks away, overnight parking covered by the hotel."

"Room is small but clean and functional. Close/walking distance to everything. Right around the corner from the train station. (If you’re a light sleeper you might hear the train at night). I’d stay again."

"When I checked in, I reported a very bad odor in my room and requested a room change. That was denied because I was told the hotel was fully booked. No remedy was offered and nobody from the hotel investigated. This made me assume they already knew there was a problem. I turned off the air conditioning since that seemed to be the source of the odor. Unfortunately, the temperature was in the 90's. The window couldn't be opened to allow fresh air. "This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. Thankfully, this property maintains their own parking lot, which was really convenient and appreciated. Staff were...
