The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through. "The hotel was excellently situated to visit the Peace memorial complex. The bar provided amazing views of Hiroshima and we enjoyed the free drink on my VIP status. However, the rooms were dated and could use a total makeover. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate and they really could use much better system of providing coffee to the guests "

"The hotel was great, the only issue we had was with the air condioning unit. It was very noisy and on full blast all of the time. We tried just turning it off but the room quickly became very hot. We did ask to be shown how to turn it down, but the member of staff said that it was not possible. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"A beautiful sprawling hotel lobby greets you. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Plenty of choice for restaurants in the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. Only disappoint was the noise that leaked through from the room above. The location is 10 minutes from Osaka Castle. Its well served by Metro stops. "
