"We loved the decor and feel of the whole building from the exterior, entrance and the rooms. So much history on show and the owners certainly seemed proud. Bed was very comfortable, air con room temp was perfect and location was central to everything we wanted. Only issue was light coming through the edge of the window as the curtains cant be fully drawn and the gap under the door allowed too much light.
Overall though it was a great stay."

"This fully renovated Victorian hotel is a rare gem. The stained glass and intricately cut mouldings are gorgeous. The dining room is outstanding. I could imagine eating in there in the 1800's.
The garden area in front was also lovely. We ate in the restaurant there, and the food and service was excellent. I felt like a queen at this place. The only thing I would change would be the nude artwork above our bed. Be sure to take time for some tea and scones."
