"Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

"Raquel and the team are incredible! They corrected issues and errors expeditiously. The team took the time to acknowledge my friend and I celebrating our milestone birthday with a surprise. I literally called the front desk at any hour for help, thanks Jon, even arranging taxi rides when uber and bolt wouldn’t pick me up. It’s in the center of town. "Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit Innen- und Außenpool, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Bar und Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter waren zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann, ist die Lage bzw. Umgebung. Wenn man immer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, wird man davon nichts mitbekommen. Wenn man aber gern zu Fuß unterwegs ist und ins Zentrum von Ponta Delgada möchte, muss man unweigerlich eine Straße entlang laufen, die als etwas unsicher...

"The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Maids would clean the room pull your card so the air conditioner would shut off and it was barely cool enough to begin with never leave toilet paper you would have to go down and ask for the money we paid for this place it was a rip off"

"This hotel is clean the rooms are great but that is were it ends. The free breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from. As far as the staff i have mixed feeling. Some were friendly were others not so much. You litterly have to pay for everything there. If you wanted to play pool,you have to pay to rent the balls to play. There are no vending machines for snacks so if you want a snack, you have to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to get to a store. I felt for the price this hotel it should...
