"Hotel has originality and is in a great location. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are old with carpet that needs a good cleaning or rip out, its gross, so are the nasty and old curtains with stains on them. They could really use some updating. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms need tubs ripped out and updated. Only thing that made the bathroom great was the water pressure was amazing. The breakfast was good and had a variety of food. Great bar and staff that were accommodating....
"I stayed in The dorms which were spotless, my daughter and granddaughter had a room which also was lovely and and clean, breakfast was a good variety but the Cooked Food could of been hotter, other than that our stay was perfect."
"Nice rooms in an apartment like setting. Full kitchens. A few minor issues with room but contacts were helpful in resolving. Walkable to Marina areas with lots of bars/restaurants. Beach close as well. Open window and hear the waves."
"Had a very pleasant stay at Horta Bay. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Perfectly located near the ferry station and Peter´s Cafe, with a beautiful view of the Pico.
Communication, check-in and service were flawless.
