Room/ Bathroom: Extremely small, smelly, moldy, grimy, and dark.
Beach area: Small, only hard packed sand with rocks on the shore, not good for lounging.
Front desk staff: Rarely at the desk or working and rude.
Fine Print/ cancellation policy: Make sure you read the find print and they keep reservation.

"E' vero, la prima struttura non è perfetta, ma basta fare qualche domanda a chi gestisce o semplicemente una camminata sulla spiaggia e ci si rende conto che la guest house si sta evolvendo in un nuovo complesso sulla spiaggia e tra poco chiuderanno la parte vecchia.
