We had requested for a late check-out and due to the issues with the room, they had agreed at no cost. "The location was amazing, but the bathroom had tons of water damage and bugs everywhere. The tub/shower situation was terrible as there were no curtains or dividers so water just got everywhere. The staff was really slow and didn’t understand a lot of our requests and while the lobby was bright and airy, I wish we would’ve chosen to stay elsewhere. We paid a lot for basic accommodation. "
