"Die Unterkunft ist Okay, aber 5 Sterne sehen für mich anders aus. Das Bad ist sehr steril gehalten, Anfangs hatten wir nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen. Nach der Zimmerreinigung hatten wir dann nur noch 1 großes Handtuch. Erst auf Nachfrage haben wir überhaupt mal so viele Handtücher erhalten wie für 2 Personen vorgesehen sind. Der Balkon hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich, der Sichtschutz ist nur noch halb vorhanden. Der Aufzug im Hotel ist sehr langsam. Ich würde...

"The property was clean and convenient. The staff were helpful when requested. However, maintenance work has to be carried out in the apartment. The shower and the sink in the bathroom got flooded when used. The stove and the washing machine were malfunctioning. And the room was not cleaned during the period, though the terms and conditions state that it would be cleaned after the 5th day."

"Great place to stay. Very clean staff were great. Only negative was that wifi was out for our 2 night stay. Great breakfast and pool was very nice. A wee bit out of the way, no shops or restaurants nearby, but very quiet and relaxing."

"We had an amazing stay at hotel Dormero. The hotels right in front of the beach which made it very convenient for us to go around swimming and other beach activities which were nearby. The room itself was kept spotless with daily housekeeping. The staff were very nice and polite. We even had the opportunity to celebrate new years with the staff and eat amazing food. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would recommend. "

"I nearly wanted to provide one star if not for them upgrading the room. The room had 3 large cockroaches that fly. I injured my palm while hitting one. There were many other insects and spiders too. After they upgraded us, the TV in the room couldn’t work. The breakfast was limited and tasteless. The location was not ideal. Should get one inside Galle Fort. "
