No one was super friendly or gave you that hospitable island vacation vibe… drinks were terrible at the pool bar as well as the casino drinks we tired on the menu there. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4, we couldn’t check in until the 5:30 then we asked for a late checkout which they said they could not do and we understood that was fine but then they tried to come in our room 10 minutes before 11 while we were still finishing...
