"Quiet, very nice view, friendly staff and just nice people. Room had effective AC, microwave and refrigerator, as well as coffee maker. Everything we needed!"

"The property is older, and I understand that, but the staff's attitude was disappointing and unprofessional. My biggest concern, however, was the café. Live birds were flying around the dining area and eating directly from the buffet. This is a serious public health and food safety issue that should be addressed immediately. The overall experience fell well below what I expected, and I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve both customer service and hygiene standards."

"I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience.
