The beach is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. The food was decent but with very limited options. The hotel felt almost empty, with only a few guests, yet the service was still quite slow. I didn’t mind too much since we were on a family vacation, but the staff could have been more attentive. It felt like a waste of space having only one buffet restaurant available. On Monday night, the same restaurant operated as à la carte, and they offered a sirloin steak with a $25 surcharge, which was not previously disclosed. My husband was upset about this, but the staff handled it well and kindly offered the steaks at no extra charge. Desserts were not very good, and the drinks were just okay. There were no regular shows or entertainment during our stay, but they did host a karaoke night—the DJ was very funny and created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The staff also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations and, once completed, will feature shows, a casino, and a water park. A special thank you to Bernard, who went out of his way to take care of my youngest child by always helping us order chicken tenders, which were not available at the buffet. His kindness and attention truly stood out. We also really enjoyed visiting the Port Lucaya Marketplace, which was just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel even offered us complimentary golf cart rides to get there, which was a nice touch. The marketplace felt like a charming, colorful little town fil

Overall, my stay was okay. The hotel is all-inclusive, which is convenient, but the service could definitely be better. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t friendly — more indifferent than anything else. One morning at breakfast, I waited for about a minute before the staff member (who was on her phone) even acknowledged me. The food was just okay, nothing to rave about. The kitchen and bar service also lacked warmth — one of the bartenders seemed irritated anytime someone approached, which made it uncomfortable. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive option in Freeport, this place might work. Just don’t expect standout service or exceptional food. It gets the job done, but not much more than that.

The Hotel provided great service and was very hospitable. The breakfasts were terrific and the nightly buffet was decent.

The property is an all inclusive but they have no customer service skills. The property is run down and the rooms are in poor shape with mold problem. Property was so bad I left and found another place to stay after my first night. Tried calling Expedia to get my money back with no results. The picture online of the resort must be 20 years go . DONT STAY here !!

This property was extremely quite, very accessible (a 5 ontute walk) to the market for shopping, bars and food. If you did not want to walk the bell hop will take you in the golf cart and pick you back up.

Beach 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Food 1/10 (for an all inclusive resort) Location is good only 15m to airport and walking distance to local market though it’s hardly ever opened. The rooms were outdated but I can live with that. The AC was down almost all day one out of my three day stayed, I can understand things can go wrong but the wifi hardly worked. If you are a vegan don’t come here you will have nothing to eat. If you are a vegetarian hardly any food you can have some greens. This is the worst food experience I ever had as far an all inclusive resort. The hotel was almost empty. For lunch we have either burgers, salad (which was flavorless greens and some tomatoes in there) no olive oil, boneless wings. Limited options. Very little hours. No variety at all. One of my dinners was some seasoned rice, fried whole fish with head and everything, jerk chicken (with bones and skin), roasted potatoes wedges and steamed tomatoes with zucchini, I think it was. Same desserts every night, they were ok, chocolate cake, homemade cheesecake and fresh fruits, grapes, strawberries and cantaloupe. That’s about it. No night shows or beach entertainment. The beach is beautiful, but that has nothing to do with the resort. Calm, crystal clear water. I wouldn’t come back to this particular resort. The market people will try to take advantage of the tourists, so be aware, I paid u$15 for a kids tee shirt that was only u$10. Safe town.

Property next too market. Staff made you feel like family. Different varieties of food daily. Wavy poolside food was awesome. Awesome hamburgers made to order. Pizza bar was also awesome. We fell in love with the resort..Thanks for a awesome anniversary vacation.
