The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it...

Notice the shower floor was bit slippery, however, hotel is aware of this, so they provide this paper for you to lay down on the shower base that helps with the slippery problem. The only complaint I have, and this is something Expedia needs to be made aware is that on their description show this place with air conditioning system, but this is regulated either to be hot or cold depending on the month, I guess.
