I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. "Unfortunately, our stay at Elevate Ella was disappointing. The service was well below expectations. We stayed for three nights, and our room was never cleaned. Wet towels were never replaced and there was no where to hang them to dry. We only received water on arrival. The porters were incredible though, bringing our suitcases too and from the room.
