Cari Hotel di Bas-Rhin

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Athena Spa. We booked a twin room, which was very clean and quiet. However, the room was quite small, and everything in it felt undersized, including the shelves, desk, and safe. There was also no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a nice addition. The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located outside the city center, so getting to the historic areas and downtown requires taking a tram. It takes around...

"Perfect location, in front of train station. So very easily assessible. Lift was big enogh to easily accomodate 4 people with luggages. We booked one standard room and one medium size room. Thr standard room was very tiny and the shower space was very small and its screen is curtain screen. No place to open luggages in the room. This is the room for 1 person. Other than room size, I was happy with everything else. The concept was interesting, breakfast was on average or lightly better. Staff...

"At first, I had some trouble opening the door, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, and I was able to get into my room without any further problems. The room was clean, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay."

"The hotel’s location is convenient close to both the train station and the old town, but the immediate area is a bit sketchy. Our room was on the first floor with some stairs and the elevator for this level was out of service. The room did not have a safe which was inconvenient. Breakfast was ok but not superb. Considering the price, this hotel is a budget friendly choice."

"The hotel is very close to the main train station, and also walking distance to the main attractions in the city. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Amenities are good."

"Attention, la piscine n'est pas celle de l'hôtel mais celle d'une salle de sport a côté accessible uniquement a certaines heures de la journée et un peu froide"

"Ubicación perfecta. Buen desayuno. Habitación muy cómoda."

"Kamer was erg gedateer en sober. Een opknapbeurt zou op zijn plaats zijn. Ontbijt was verder prima"

"Hôtel facile d'accès. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Chambre silencieuse. SdB propre. Parking fermé la nuit."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Rohan. It's literally thirty steps from the Cathedral, and minutes away from maybe a dozen nice restaurants and cafes, so we easily went out and went back to the hotel to pick up things we forgot, wanted to drop off, or just to put our feet up to reconsider out next move. To get to Petit France on one side and the Neustadt/Place de la Republique on the other side were both within 15 minutes of the hotel and very pleasant walks on the river bank or through...

"The least I expect from any hotel is to be able to control the room temperature. I followed the instructions on the thermostat as I wanted the room to be more comfortable and not so cold. I then went to bed expecting it to work, it did nothing to increase the temperature and I was cold most of the night. I did not call reception as I did not want someone coming to the room at that time. Next day I was told the hotel heating was OFF and offered a fan heater. This is not acceptable let alone from...
