"We love our stay here. The apartement is clean, big enough and new. The view is great as directly toward Batam center port. Within walk distance to get McD, kfc, JCO, etc. They prepare the bed, towel and shower stuff to accomodate all 6 of us.The bed is quite comfy. Overall, we would stay here again."

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "The rooms are very clean, but it will be good if the bathroom has accessories for hanging of wet suits. Overall experience is good. The F&B manager, Mr. Ade, is extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy our stay. "
