"Belle et grande chambre avec lit King. Cependant le matelas était mou et on roulait vers le milieu du lit. Ensuite, le thermostat n’avait pas d’effet sur la température. Il a fait chaud toute la nuit et changer le réglage du thermostat n’a pas permis de rafraîchir. Même si l’écran du thermostat était allumé et que je pouvais faire monter ou descendre les chiffres, mettre en position « cool » plutôt que « heat » , voire en position « off », rien à faire. "

"Didn’t visit the gym, nice hotel and annex to the Cafe du theatre which the food is amazing ! I was in room 609 , corner window with blinds that don’t do a good job if you want to sleep in , otherwise great hotel and very welcoming ❤️"

"Clean room and easy access. Perfect if you have a early flight departure. Need upgrades re sofa bed-all torn out. A simple sofa cover would have made it. Check out should be updated to make it much quicker though. "

"The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt...

La chambre Cappuccino est magnifique et lumineuse. L’insonorisation n’est pas au point comme dans la plupart des bâtiments de cette époque. Le niveau sonore élevé avant l’ouverture et après la fermeture du café a été de courte durée. C’était un compromis...
