"They cancelled the room I booked. Said it was no longer available. what is the point of reservation? Has instructions to let them know that you are coming 24hrs before. Seems like that's when they will start cleaning. Dirty office. Didn't get a chance to see what room they would have given. cancelled stay"

"The place in of itself was really nice and peaceful with a beautiful lake but due to the bad weather we couldn’t really enjoy it. The service from the staff, specifically the male staff member who manned the desk was rude and sucked. Don't get me wrong if you had a question he would answer it but he was short and argumentative for no reason. He seemed more interested in watching whatever was on his computer than assisting a guest with a simple question. Our room smelled like smoke and he ...

"Absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic, the food in and around the area was delicious, and the staff was helpful with inquiries. I loved the accommodation, especially how clean and functional the area was! The kitchen was also fully functioning and clean. It was technically a shared space, but we never saw anyone else use it. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again!"
