"The location of the hotel in Sablon is excellent for connections with tram and metro stations. It also has a good selection of restaurants in the area.
The reception team was always helpful at check in and any queries we had during our stay. The room was excellent, clean of good size and high quality fittings. Breakfast was a buffet and always set us up for the day."

"部屋はすごく綺麗だった。
ホテルとしては最高だと思う。
空港から徒歩で向かうには問題ないが、車で向かうとホテルの位置やフロントがどこにあるか分からず、たどり着くのに時間を要した。
また、所々にホテルへの矢印はあるものの、どうやらそれは間違っているらしく、その看板については空港側の問題だからと言われ、駐車代金については払われなかった。
朝早いチェックアウトだったが、フロントに人がいなくてどうすればいいのか分からなかった。
英語を喋れないと基本辛いです。
部屋のテレビは回線が混み合っているという表示のため見れなかった。
空港への移動は徒歩で行けるので楽でした。
高いお金を払って良かったと思えるのはこのことだけでした。"

"Sinds dit hotel geen receptie meer heeft is het een ramp. Inchecken, betalen van de toeristentax moet allemaal met de telefoon gebeuren. Dit is echt niet handig. Ik ken het hotel nog toen er gewoon een receptionist aan de balie stond, dit werkte veel beter en maakt het iets persoonlijker. Verder is er bezuinigd op de koffie in de hal en kamers; het zijn nu c merk cupjes die in de machine gaan.
Echt een downgrade van hoe het was, zonde!"

"The property is and interesting assemblage of a number of different buildings. There are apparently about 90 rooms in total. All have been renovated and are quite nice though somewhat more "cozy" than depicted online.
There is parking, and it is considerably more "cosy" than might be expected of a property of this reputed calibre.
A nice stay, however perhaps somewhat inflated prices for the value?"
