"Room was clean and cute. Breakfast food was good. We used parking which was expensive (€35 for one night) but as we drove from Amsterdam was a necessity. Underground parking which was secure, safe and well lit. Experience with check in, check out, questions were pretty average - no one seemed particularly eager to assist. Overall experience was fine though. "

"Stayed for a swift in and out work trip. Considering location to the airport the room was silent. Room was an excellent size and had a desk I could do some work on in the evening. Breakfast was alright but I am fussy with what I eat. Still managed to fill up for the day though as there is a lot of choice. As a work stay the hotel was perfect. "

"We stayed here with our two children and we cannot say enough positive things about the staff. We ended up having to stay an extra night when one of our kids got sick and they were so wonderful and flexible as our plans shifted and evolved. The hotel itself was clean, had a unique style, and met our needs. We also took advantage of the laundry service while we were there, which worked out very well. For the price and the location, we’d certainly recommend it. "

"The room was clean. Some staff members were very nice, while others were less so; in particular, the local staff were the most pleasant. Some of them didn't reply our "good mornings". The door stopped working, and we had to report the issue three times. It was only fixed after two days. They offered to move us to another room, but it was smaller and had an unpleasant odor. I also work in hotels, and in situations like this, it is standard to upgrade the guest’s room rather than make it worse....
