"The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."

"Great except the loudness of the other guests. The staff were unable to ask the other guests to keep quiet. Except for that it was fine. But clearly accustomed to loud young school trips. Would not go back for this reason. Was only there because my hotel of choice was sold out."

"Good location and nice modern touches. But of a maze to get to the room with some stairs. Staff super helpful. Could be a bit cleaner in some areas. There was snot or something on the wall and the backside of the washroom door had dirty fingerprints on the inside of the bathroom; I wiped them off"

"Parking shared with the other hotels, but not an issue. Extra cost for parking (daily). Gym was clean and kit well maintained. Lots of variety at breakfast, a very good spread and fresh hot options always available. A short taxi ride into Ghent (15-20 mins). Would stay again."

"Lovely room but arrived in 35 degree heat and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Asked 3 times for them to sort but returned after our evening out with it still not working so gave up. Breakfast was sensational! Mimosas and a wonderful selection of food. Location was fantastic and a small walk to all the beautiful tourist spots. Free parking a short walk away.
