"This place had a beautiful location right on this island with a beautiful view for the property is a little rundown. The bathtub was leaking and didn’t have the real designated place for our pets just said out front has such great potential and it does look like they’re doing an upgrade and construction, which hopefully will improve. Breakfast was amazing though."

"Upsides: Employees were nice. The beds and linens were nice quality. Rooms were large. Bathrooms were nice and clean with generous body wash, shampoo and conditioners. Nice carpets. Parking good for motorcycles, truckloads of gear, work trucks, possibly semi’s or someone wanting to have an exterior room door access directly to your vehicle. Pool area was nice. Quick access to main highway’s. Downsides: There is no bar or restaurant. Been closed for months. Remote location, not close minute...

"Check in was good. Efficient. Pet charge was $40 and the stated price was $20. Other than that, the place is nice. This brand didn’t seem to have elevators so you must be able to do stairs."

"The woman who checked me in was very helpful and gave me a thorough explanation of how the property works. Its an easy place to come and go, and be self-sufficient. Having a kitchenette was nice as well so I could keep my leftovers cool then reheat them easily. Didn't want to waste good leftovers!"

"Breakfast was poor, hot tub was hit but jets where broken, property was clean, room looked clean at first glance but with closer look was not very clean bathroom had black mold, all outlets where worn out so nothing would stay plugged in without help, room next to us was blaring tv or music well past 10 PM. For the price there are nicer options in the area"

"The Red Lion brand has steadily dropped in facility quailty and maintenance for at least 30 years. They didn't bother to was the windows, so I had a view of mud. That is extremely weak and lazy of them. There are gaps at the sides and bottom of the guest room doors, so forget about privacy in any in- room conversation. No wonder very few people stay here anymore. Find another hotel!"
