"Extremely friendly staff treat you like family. Most of the staff have been there for years and we were very impressed with the rooms and the amenities. We would definitely come back. This one is a hidden gem on the south end of the island. No need to dine out—get the meal package and spare yourself from Bermuda price$."

"The food choices at dinner were very disappointing. Minimum things I would eat and the menu didn’t change much at all. Breakfast was fine. Typical resort breakfast. Lunch was best eaten off the resort. There are soooo many stairs! The Spa is incredible! I also wish we were told more info about checking out. We had to drag our bags up all those stairs at 5:30 am to be on time for our airport transfer at 5:45 because the bellhop wasn’t available. Do not take the first flight home. TSA and Customs...

"This is a quaint older hotel. The rooms have been updated and are clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The beach is AMAZING! Great for an affordable stay in Bermuda."

"The location is absolutely stunning.
As were the views. Our rooms were wonderful as well, and the food was top-notch. However, the service was slow and surely prices not inexpensive. That said, I would go back."
