"Visited 8/1-8/5 and enjoyed the property and all-inclusive option. The waitstaff was exemplary! The food was very good and drinks were always available. The beach at the resort was well maintained and because it's a bay the water was calm and great for swimming. Our room in building 6 was perfect. Close to the beach and pool with a great view of the bay. The fitness center needs a little TLC. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"Staff were wonderful, accommodating and helpful. We had an ocean view room, so the balcony was a definite, plus. The Bar was convenient. Menu was decent Bar appetizers. Good drinks. We ate at the restaurant one night. The food was delicious but extremely pricey two entrées and appetizer to split, a beer and a Diet Coke came to $150. The beach is absolutely beautiful, but the water is rough on that side of the island. The rooms had the amenities that you need but no extras like a microwave or a...

"Cliffside location"

"The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us."

"Loved the pool. The restaurant choices were limited (pizza or a rather dull but expensive on site place.) We really appreciated the bagel cart because it’s kind of a hike to breakfast places in Hamilton. Sunday was a problem. The pool staff was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. As I said, walking to downtown shops and restaurants are not as close as it looks on a map, but doable for most. The room was nice, good AC. I would stay there again."

"I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable. The room was clean and the view was nice but there was water damage, paint peeling, lack of pillows and bedding and no room cleaning throughout. To access the property you have to climb a very steep hill and just outside of the entrance there are garbage trucks...
