I communicated to the staff during my stay that the service at the beach club was terrible.. they emailed an apology and insisted we return.. no thanks, just to have a waiter leave us sitting with water for 20 minutes at their main restaurant, Intrepid, the next day. we got up and left. "Everyone was great, the head chef was so kind. The food was great ! Flo the manager was super nice. Asif another manager was very kind and helpful. I told him my feet were hurting and he went and got my sandals for me. The staff were very accommodating, rushed to be helpful, I had a great time . The pool towards the beach was very cool. The view was beautiful."

"The views are stunning and the property clean; I especially loved the daily housekeeping. That being said , the property looks tired, most of the staff of the hotel seemed unhappy to be there, and the location was very inconvenient; the ferry to Hamilton was helpful but there was a long break in the middle of the day where it didn’t run and it didn’t run at all on Sundays! The shuttle to the golf course was free but I never found out if it went anywhere else and the interior looked dirty and...

"Pompano is a good value for a family. Beautiful but basic beach, pool, and hot tubs. Lobby, lounge/bar, game room, and gym were serviceable. The food was very good for the price of the meal plan. That said, there are some rough edges to the resort and many things need updating/repair. I would still recommend Pompano, especially for a family."

"I had a wonderful stay at the St George’s Club. The cottage was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I look forward to visiting again!"

"The staff was helpful, but the owner was inhospitable. A few family members came to visit me including my wife and infant from a cruise ship and she tried to charge my wife for staying the night when the reservation payment was for 2 adults. She kept checking on us to make sure our guests left."

"The property for us was perfect. We liked the quiet, the staff, the old world charm and the amazing food at the restaurant!. It has a vintage retro vibe that we thoroughly enjoyed. Some entrees and deserts are prepared table side and the chef is amazing!"

"I stayed at a separate resort more than double the price my first 4 days and hands down this one was nicer, and is the one I’d return to. It’s cute, quiet and clean with the right touch of luxury. The mini kitchen was much appreciated."
