"We loved our stay at Grotto bay- it was the perfect weekend get away to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. We enjoyed our couples massage in the caves! Drinks were great, some wait time at the bar but nothing to deter us from coming back."

It was spotless and well designed, although, as it was on two floors, two toilets would have been helpful, especially as the layout in the bedroom upstairs had a glass partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. The staff were extremely helpful but the amenities were few. The beach was great but it was an incredibly long way down and would not suit some guests."

"We have stayed at this particular Rosewood many times in the past with fairly good success until this past visit. Staffing shortages created massive service and quality issues that one would never expect at this price point of a hotel-especially a Rosewood. The room itself was not tended to regularly- at one point my room was not cleaned over by about 3 PM. Simple requests like ice because there’s no machine nearby would take a long time. "I guess some ants/bugs is to be expected because you're on the island. I wish I knew more that it was really more of an Inn/motel type. My expectations weren't set right. The continental breakfast i wish could've included more than just mini croissant and mini chocolate croissant and yogurt. But location and service was lovely."

"From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. We realized at check-in that we had accidentally booked our stay for the wrong dates, which could have been very stressful. Thankfully, Ana at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Together with the manager, she went above and beyond to help us arrange our stay and made sure we had a very comfortable room. We truly appreciated her help!
