"Heat in room and kettle not working, towels and bathroom dirty. 2nd night lights kept going out, dining area closed due to outage. We were double billed for this luxury room. Hope not all Expedia rooms/ hotels are like this."

"The staff is great. We were hosted by Swati at the reception who showed us our room. We stayed at an extremely well maintained and organised space. It’s a renovated area with the authenticity of it still maintained. The chef and the dining staff are well trained, respectful gentlemen. I am 30 years at the moment and the food/bar is in my top 10 places after having lived in India and Europe."

I had paid for a suite which is close to 600sqft in size. Everything was filthy. In another room that a friend had booked, there were questionable stains on the chair which looked disgusting.
