It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. "This is a great central location. The staff were great from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Air con worked well. The windows could be opened and when closed insulated you from outside city noise well. Not all at disappointed with our hotel choice in Bilbao."

"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). "Chambre impeccable, propre et spacieuse, bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant et très sympathique. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier proche de la vieille ville, mais mal fréquenté. Dommage qu’il faille se garer en ville à 800m, parking assez cher. Attention au sauna, sol très glissant quand il est mouillé, il faudrait ajouter des tapis antidérapant."
