"Expedia took our booking when Story Bank is closed. We tried to call a number we found but there was no answer. We drove to Mandurama and had no response so We had to return to Blayney a distance of 29km and find somewhere to stay the night there. We need a refund of $112.50 which was taken from our Mastercard account. This could have been avoided if Expedia had not taken the booking. A very unpleasant experience!!"

"Love staying here when I travel. Easy parking and access, clean and tidy rooms, comfy beds and staff are always so helpful. Love they have a gym as well."

"Great number of beds but really tired room, stained carpets and original bathroom in need of an upgrade. Bathmat needed to be binned years ago and shower surround was stained and mouldy. Kitchen mixer tap in the bathroom was interesting."

"It was noisy right next to the train station and all the doors squeaks and makes a noise when someone goes in or out of their rooms."
