"Pleasantly surprised by the little Inn. Small, simple Inn from outside, but great size rooms that have been remodeled. Beds were very comfortable, big walk in shower. The lady upfront was very sweet. Very close to the College, so we didn't have to leave early to make our scheduled time."

"Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us."

"My stay at the hotel was brief, but nice. The staff was great. Check-in was super easy. The area outside the hotel was well-groomed. The pool area was nice. It is close to the interstate, which is convenient for travelers."

"The whole property needs remodeling and need a elevator they giving me a room on second floor with no elevator in the building . Im a visitor I had a struggle getting up the the steps because I'm disabled and I had paid my money and they didn't have an elevator I was so surprised and shocked the carpet was filthy the AC was tape up to hold the front on . . It took me a minute or two a while to get up to the struggle up the steps."

"Arrived at 8 PM on the evening that was going to start my 9 days stay and the office was closed, I called the phone number listed and a guy showed up and told me that my reservation was cancelled. I called Expedia but Expedia could not help. The guy at the hotel had me call the owner (a horribly rude woman) who said that I was a "no-show" because I did not show up before the office closed. But my reservation (with Expedia) did not say anything about showing up before 7 PM. I was desperate, 3.5...

The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...
