""Disappointing Stay at Tropical Suites"
Unfortunately, our experience at Tropical Suites in Colón Island, Bocas del Toro, was not a good one. From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, which immediately affected our first impression.
Once we entered our room, things did not improve. The room was visibly unclean, with a significant amount of dust around the bedboard and long hairs in the bathroom and even on the towels. The hairdryer was broken...

"We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement.
