"The first room we had had bedbugs. They quickly reassigned us to another room. I have stayed here at the Urban many times and never had an issue. Hope this issues has been resolved."

"Staff members extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rooom service was excellent and meals were delicious and hot! The property is very well maintained and clean. The spa service must be wonderful because they were booked and busy my entire stay so I can’t rate the experience; however they offered a variety of options that is sure to please even the pickiest! "Mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante. La limpieza de la habitación era muy deficiente y había un fuerte olor a humedad que hacía la estancia muy incómoda. Además, la ducha estaba en mal estado y el agua se salía mientras la usábamos, dejando el baño completamente mojado. Considero que el hotel necesita mejorar significativamente el mantenimiento y la limpieza de sus instalaciones. No lo recomendaría."
