"The hotel confirmed my booking, charged me for the room, and then messaged me while we were on our way to tell me they had no rooms and that I need to cancel my reservation. The reservation was non-refundable and if I pushed cancel, I would not get my money back. The concierge said they would contact hotels.com to sort out the matter. "zeer vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke maaltijden en uitgebreid ontbijt, ruime mooie kamer, algemeen heel comfortabel. Nadeel: de matras had haar beste tijd gehad, maar was nog acceptabel. Nadeel: niet alle personeel spreekt even goed Engels wat ondanks de vriendelijkheid de communicatie bemoeilijkte. Ontbijt start normaliter pas om 8u30, maar wij moesten soms om 8u15 al vertrekken en dit gaf wat moeilijkheden. "

"We decided to take a break from Istanbul and head to Lake Abant. The hotel sits directly across from the Lake. Upon check in which was kinda late around 945PM the staff took us to the restaurant and still had an amazing buffet. They were so nice they handpicked dessert for us and brought it too us without us even asking. So nice! Its very quiet and peaceful and i will def recommend this hotel."
