"Such a hidden gem that we are so delighted to have discovered. A really good example of French hospitality at its best. A warm welcome and beautiful decor really made our stay feel special. The modern take on traditional features give this place a unique feel. The food was just fantastic as was the chef producing it. We will definitely be back and recommending it to our friends and family. The rooms have everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Close to shops and a petrol station...

"Pool is for over 18s only which was problematic but I didn’t see this in the small print. Also breakfast is served in an open courtyard which scenic but full of WASPS everywhere and my husband is severely allergic so that was difficult. Otherwise a nice hotel but just not suitable for us with teenagers who would have liked a swim."

"Great staff, very welcoming and personable. Room had plenty of space for two adults and a dog, and was clean and decorated well. Very minor issues were dim lighting in WC, bedside light flickered, and the air cooling system didn't bring much comfort! The bar and restaurant were terrific, and the menu was interesting and well thought out. Round that off with a very good range of breakfast, good swimming pool and shady, tree lined walks around the grounds, great for dogs. Love it"

"Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nicely designed. Big breakfast area. Very nice water dispenser in the lobby which was so convenient as we were there during a heatwave!"

"This is a fantastic new property a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were always friendly and the room was spacious with handy cooking facilities.. so great for a slightly longer stay. I also had an outside terrace area. It was also quiet at night, so great for a good night's sleep. "

"Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keine Bar, nur einen Getränkeautomaten mit überhöhten Preisen. Zugang zum Zimmer umständlich mit 9stelligem Code. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das ehemalige Ibis-Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung."

"Hotel, restaurant and staff are really nice. Having an electric car meant that it was really helpful having the Tesla superchargers in the car park. Hotel employees were also very lovely with our Labrador. Would happily stay here again."

"We have stayed here many times . It suits us as an overnight stop en route to south west . We bring our two dogs . Plenty of parking . Room always clean . Quiet at night . Staff always friendly and helpful . Only one downside this time was no aircon as it was 32 degrees and we were on ground floor and didn’t want to sleep with window open . But I will be staying again great value for money"

"We stayed during the heatwave. The room was small and claustrophobic with a fan no aircon. The windows open inwards so at night we couldnt close the curtains . Everything else was okay but very tired. Handy to have parking close by."
