"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the excellent laundry facilities and the convenient kitchen, which made our longer stay so much easier and more comfortable. The hotel had everything we needed, and the overall experience was very pleasant. One note, I would recommend not to stay near the doorways at the end of the hall. Very noisy."

"Rooms clean"

"I didn't stay. It is August, the A/C wasn't working in the first room. And the room was spartan and hadn't been updated in forever. One small window in a concrete block building. It felt like a cave. Not even a rug on the floor. Got another room that the A/C seemed to be somewhat working but the room was still too warm. Same cave like feel, sat on the bed and it was like a board. The sign in the check in lobby said "no refunds" I didn't care. Took the key and the remote they gave me for the TV...

"Checked in with a legitimate service animal. Had issues with accommodations being restricted to the ‘pet floor’. I stayed respectful and kept it to just facts on ADA to explain my request. The staff at the desk wasn’t helpful. I got conflicting information from her. She gave me a number to call that rang to her desk. Had to contact corporate to get issue resolved. She had a bad attitude about the whole situation for the time I was there."
