"Camera pulita e ottima colazione.
La stanza si trovava al primo piano su una strada di scorrimento e il continuo rumore dei tram ha disturbato parecchio il nostro sonno. Inoltre ho preferito questo hotel ad altri perché nella descrizione e nelle foto della camera da me scelta (suite executive) era indicata la presenza del bidet nel bagno su tutti i siti (allego foto). Invece nella nostra camera il bidet non c'era e mi è stato risposto che è presente solo nelle stanze delux. Quindi o vanno...

"Super nice hotel! Large room with balcony, the hotels looks newly renovated. We were positively surprised :) the staff was very polite. Overall a great experience!"

"Room was clean. Staff were polite. Only issue I have is the hotel charging guests to use the pool and sauna. Normally for such premium hotels these come complementary."

"It is nice hotel but not US 5 stars, rather 4. Room is big, but it isn't suite, rather one room. Breakfast missing egg station. All items are precooked."

"Great location, huge and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. The only recommendation is not to remind the guests at check in to sign their responsibility if they damage anything - any normal person understands that. "
