"The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏."

"Fantastic place to stay when visiting the falls! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. We had dinner there twice during our stay and both times the food exceeded our expectations in quality, variety, and flavor! There were a couple of evening events while we were there including live music near the pool and a karaoke party. We golfed one day and felt like we had the course all to ourselves. For the location, it was a really fun course...

"Wow! Customer service 10 diamonds. The staff namely Danille was so welcoming and helpful omg. The hotel is stunning!!!! The breakfast room amazing lots of light and plants imagine a real honeycomb drizzling honey over fruits. Romance novel type stuff. I underestimated how cold the breakfast area was and the hotess a lovely warm and friendly young lady offered me a shawl. This was Customer service at a whole other level and weve stayed at the 4 seasons and ritz etc. The food was amazing we did...
