"What a fantastic place to stay! The staff really look after their guests and make you feel cared. Highlights include their spa that includes a dry and wet sauna, as well as a place to lounge. Breakfast is plentiful, and includes access to sparkling water (a personal highlight for me). They have a sommerlier on staff, and the fridge is stocked with wonderful wines and beer for purchase at a reasonable price - as well as the proper glassware! The downside was not having a fridge in the room and...

"I am very disappointed with our stay for 2 nights. First, I arrived at 1:30pm and can’t get into front entrance door at all because I need a code which I did not receive until 2:37pm. I was waiting outside of the front door. One of the lady work happen to pass by and saw us (me & my husband) with 2 luggages waiting outside and asked why I don’t get inside and said I should receive the code which I did not. She brought me to the receptionist, immediately the receptionist told me I still owe city...

"Family room was spacious for family of four. Decent breakfast. Parking was free. Only issue was with the automated check-in kiosk. It did not find our reservation. Had to call the support number to get the check-in code for the building and room since we arrived after hours. Their reception is not manned 24/7. "
