"We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely room m, although you could hear through the walls. The breakfast was great although was surprised that we had to pay additional fees to order an omelette because it was a weekend. Rooms were clean, parking extremely convenient allowing direct access to the rooms in the lift. Getting into city from the hotel felt a bit odd as felt you had to walk down and then up steps then along the road. We made it work and would certainly stay here again. Finally...

"Great little hotel, staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Room itself was great, clean and just what you need. There is some works taking place on the corner but it wasn't too bad. Parking is a bit steep though so watch out for that but with the good rate for the room it all worked out quite good."

"Room was clean on arrival but the service clean the next day was lacking. Left dirty towels behind our door and new hand towel left had yellow stains all on it. Didn’t clean kitchen.. minor things. I stay here whenever I’m in Brisbane for the convenience, easy parking and nice rooms."

"It was dated, smelled musty, there was no safe. Very basic, didn't feel very secure. Lot of homeless in the vicinity."

"Dirty room, smelly and run down old hotel. Dark room (no sunlight, only the view of an old building next door). Very noisy, slamming doors half the night. White splashes of something on the walls next to the bed. Bed was comfy and staff pleasant. Over priced for what we got and wouldn’t stay again"

"Rooms are exceptional casual and restaurant meals very good staff are very friendly parking is bit on the expensive side. Traffic noise is quite loud from the main road a room at the back might be better. Overall great place to stay 5min walk to Breakfast Creek Hotel."

"Loved the many power outlets near the bed. Huge tv with foxtel channels. Great shower with two separate shower heads. Even though it was a short stay it was very pleasant. One down point was the room has little natural light and can be dark without lights on even in the day."

"A pleasant hotel in a great location by the river and gardens, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were both large, and the views were lovely. The staff were very polite and accommodating, which made the stay comfortable and easy!"
