"We had a beach villa and it was absolutely beautiful. We would return here without a doubt if we come back to Tortola. The front desk staff and concierge helped coordinate our entire stay. We had 2 massages there (highly recommend), chartered a boat through the resort, and used their transport cars multiple times. Thank you Long Beach! "

"Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. "Everything was very good: the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel is well located in the city center while still being very quiet. The kitchen amenities were very useful, with coffee, tea, etc. However, the rooms could use some renovation and updated decoration."

"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "

We were able to contact the managers at any time when we needed things, they were helpful with our luggage, calling taxis, getting to the ferry, and answering any questions we had. The villa was clean with perfect views of the beach, which was within walking distance down the hill. We loved every minute and will definitely be back. "
