"Lovely room with great housekeeping service. The view was nice and the staff very helpful. Lack of eating facilities was a shame as the conference room was used for breakfast -although we took breakfast back to our room to eat most days. The restaurant attached (across the road) was acceptable but the quality of food and service was variable."

"Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water."

"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "

"Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! "Stairs on this property very sketchy. Lugged suitcase and carry-on to third floor. Driveway wasn't much better. Steep walk. Sparsely appointed kitchen. Husband stepped on broken glass in the kitchen area and cut his toe No light bulb in bathroom. Did replace after we brought it to their attention. Short walk to Cane Garden Bay Beach. Priced a little high for the quality in my opinion. "

"Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again "

"The harbor could be viewed . Staff was friendly but the property is rundown and dirty. The pool was small and covered. We didn't swim. Wouldn't stay there again"
