Da das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, sind die oberen Zimmer für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ungeeignet. Zudem hatten wir morgens – wenn vermutlich viele Gäste gleichzeitig duschen – kein Wasser mehr. Das ist äußerst unangenehm, wenn man bereits eingeseift unter der Dusche steht. "Clean room, easy to follow instructions, but the lack of a fan or air conditioning in summer made it very difficult to sleep, which is the whole purpose of the hotel room."

"so weit war alles in Ordnung, so wie wir es von größeren Hotels auch gewohnt sind. Zimmer sind geräumig, mit allem was wir für einen Kurzurlaub benötigen, unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Lediglich die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig, sowohl beim Check-In an der Rezeption, als auch beim Personal im Frühstücksraum. Ausnahme war nur die Dame beim Check-Out. Frühstück war etwas klein, für die Größe des Hotels und der junge Mann bei den frischen Eiergerichten hatte...

"To start off, the cleaning lady didn’t clean my room at all. No towel change, no sheet change, nothing. She also locked me out after she was done cleaning and I had to get a spare key. The receptionists where the most frustrating and unhelpful part of my stay. On the fourth night of my stay here, my family and I (as well as many other guests at the hotel) where woken up by a loud banging noise. The banging continued on and when I confronted the recpetionist about the noise, she claimed not to...

"This was just unique experience and visiting the gallery on the day we left (as we were just one night here) was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast too and it was certainly great location to explore Brno. They take a €100 euro deposit because you are staying in a living museum.. Highly recommended if you like something a bit different."
