"This hotel was everything and more than we expected! We had a beautiful, spacious room with a nice-sized bathroom and shower, and the water was super hot—everything you could want after a long day of traveling.
One of the things we really appreciated was the laundry facility downstairs. There was also a gym, which my daughter took full advantage of, as well as an office/workspace area downstairs. The lockers were another amazing added benefit. We arrived before our room was ready, and the...

"Hotel was in good shape, well maintained and clean for the most part.
Staff did not engage with visitors unless visitors initiated conversation.
I was disappointed with the shampoo, no conditioner at all and shampoo was both shampoo, body wash and handsoap.
There was no daily refreshing of bath towels or garbage emptying. They clean on check in and check out only . 4 coffee pods for a 5 night stay with 2 people.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it was decent but not great."

"Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, room was very clean and bed really comfortable! My only quibbles are the lack of power sockets on both sides of the bed… and the sparse coffee/tea provisions. The cups for hot drinks were also just cardboard cups.
Breakfast options were pastries, scrambled egg, sausages, toast, ham, cheese, pancakes, yoghurts, plus juices, teas and coffees. There are also other breakfast options a few minutes walk away if you want to explore further.
