"1. The AC can only be turned on by pressing a button on an uninsulated circuit board hanging off of it
2. The carpet in the hallway has rips, dents in the floor, and dried up yellow liquid (assuming this was from someone throwing up)
3. Queen size bed was left with a single size duvet. Wasn’t enough to keep me warm overnight.
4. There were no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.)
5. There were NO towels in the room"

"Where do l start. The rooms have controlled Thermostats but our room 308 said the temperature was 15C or 59F but it felt like 80 F degree.
So we called the front desk. After arguing back and forth a girl showed up and said she was the manager. We showed her the situation and she replied lm cold which was total BS. She left and brought the real manager so after feeling the air temperature he offered to change our room but the room offered to us was number 312 right on top of a party that...

"Extremely spacious and clean apartment.This place is very convenient for me because I care about perfect hygiene. Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful...
