"Ich hatte das grosse Glüxk ein Double Upgrade zu erhalten.
Das bedeutet ich hatte ein Zimmer auf der 6 Etage mit einer Loggia Terrase.
Wunderbarer Ausblick über Sofia.
Das Zimmer war eine Duplex Suite mit 2 riesige Flat TV, Terrasse und großen Badezimmer( Rainshower).
Das Frühstück war schlichtweg grandios: Eine opulente Auswahl von feinen Lachs-Variationen und erlesenem Käse über frischen Kuchen und frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen bis hin zu prickelndem Champagner ließ keine Wünsche offen.“"

"1. The AC can only be turned on by pressing a button on an uninsulated circuit board hanging off of it
2. The carpet in the hallway has rips, dents in the floor, and dried up yellow liquid (assuming this was from someone throwing up)
3. Queen size bed was left with a single size duvet. Wasn’t enough to keep me warm overnight.
4. There were no toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.)
5. There were NO towels in the room"

"Great location!
AC doesn't work though, so made a hot week pretty hard. The lobby was not as hot as our room. We asked for a fan for the room, something most hotels have, and they didn't have one.
The carpet in the room was pretty filthy.
The staff was very nice though!
We didn't want to take our kids to the restaurant because there was a giant ( 6 foot) AI generated screen with an over- sexualized woman on it."

"We had a warm reception, a very pleasant fellow! The room was so spacious!! Bed was great, sadly we didn't take advantage of the kitchette. The location was excellent - easily walkable, lots of restaurants, lots of sites to visit."

"Extremely spacious and clean apartment.This place is very convenient for me because I care about perfect hygiene. Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful...
