"Coconuts always looks after you, may a few more dollars to stay here, but cleanness the staff and if you have children the pool area etc is unbelievable it will keep yourr kids busy and quiet for hours"

"Grate place to stay had a good time. But downfalls were the staff at the bar both at the poo and outside the pool were pretty bad. They seemed like they were all having the worst day and like it was a big inconvenience to take your order. There was no conversation so nothing just plain rude pretty much mannerism every day at the bars. Staff at front desk were always lovely though. "I stayed in a room at the front of the building, on the 4th floor. I didn't need an accessible room, but that is what I got. The room size was great- it was very spacious. The bed was comfy, and the shower hot. Being on the 4th floor at the front it was noisy with truck/traffic noise overnight. The accessible bathroom meant that it was very open, with no shower cubicle. The shower next to the toilet led to a wet toilet seat after the shower. No fan in the bathroom led to a steamy room, where...

"Cairns plaza hotelnis a 3 star hotel but I wi rate as 4 star definately. Very clean, stuff is friendly. Thannks to Lyv, the receptionist, she has been amazing and very helpful! Makes guests really feel welcome:) one negative thing onky are the matresses are very uncomfortable. But if needed I will definately come back to Cairns Plaza hotel again."

"We travelled as a family of four for a three-night stay and stayed in a two-bedroom suite. The rooms were not adjoining, but shared a private entrance, which worked well for us. The kitchenette was well equipped, with an oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, large fridge/freezer and microwave, which was really useful. The island itself is absolutely stunning.
