"Clean enough - there was dust on top of fridge and under bed (it moved). Overall it was clean and good location. Didn’t appreciate we had to take the garbage out and put in the chute - wish it was known. Furniture was dated could use an upgrade. Better coffee instead of just powdered. Maybe a bottled waters when people arrive. And WiFi range was not great in bedroom. I would still recommend this - we were staying in some 5 star properties before getting here - hence my expectation was higher....

"We really loved staying at Acacia. Friendly staff, very nice pool area, beautiful view of the beach and walking distance to night life and dining options. All of our excursions picked us up and dropped us off. We booked two extra nights we loved the hotel and area so much! "

"we love how it is right in the centre. the only issue we have is the room wasn't cleaned to the standard required. no replenishment of a few things like toilet paper, coffee and tea facility. milk... i had to buy my own. carpets was not cleaned, when we ask they said sometimes we don't do it unless you ask. a bit poor for a 4 star hotel. toilet had a dirty streak runnig through it, we tried to clean it but to no avail. same with the shower especially the screen, tried to clean but it was stuck...
