"Sorry to give a negative review but maybe it will be cause for improvement by management.The room was clean and appeared to be recently upgraded. However, it was supposed to be a non-smking room but has a very strong odor of previous smoking. The air conditioner was ancient and did a fair job but was LOUD. The motel only had a few guests for the many rooms but the staff placed them next to each other instead of separating. The walls are very thin. I was not interested in the adjacent occupant's...

"Such a cute place to stay!!! very dated but not in a bad way really. We never met The receptionist, there was a note posted on the door with our directions and our information telling us to go inside and it would be open… and it was. This is an adorable little getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to break away from mainstream motels.. The room was clean. The property was immaculate…. Remind you of the early 1950’s, but well maintained… they even had a little table and two chairs...

We rented along with cousins for a big family reunion, and this house provided a lovely place for small segments of the fam to break away and just relax and catch-up with each other. The front porch was a lovely perk. The peace and quiet was unmatched. We loved the Meemaw feel of the home and plan to rent again next year!"
