"The room was very clean, however we could never get the safe to work properly even after the hotel staff reset it. Bar was nice and relaxing. The staff was terrific. Breakfast was ok. We ate there the first morning only. Overall a great place to stay."

"Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon."

"The lobby, bar, restaurant areas are bright, clean, and welcoming. The guest rooms are also clean and nice but with very minimum furniture. The hallways were under construction, and you walked through covered carpets and sheet rock to get to your room. The air conditioning did not work. You had to open the window to get cool air. When we complained, first they said this was because of the construction, then changed the story and said the air conditioners were off because it was not the season...

"The hotel was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room shower was powerful with plenty of hot water, although the shower head was fixed at waist height, meaning you had to hold it while showering. Communal areas felt a little shabby in places, though they were generally clean. It was disappointing that bottled water was charged to the room, which didn’t feel justified given the overall price; however, staff were attentive and removed this charge at checkout when raised. "Super small toilet where you can hardly sit. The host is not very nice and comes over as if he has an attitude problem. Breakfast is served only from 9 am until 9.45 am. That's a bad joke. "

"Personnel charmant mais l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur des prestations d’un hôtel de ce niveau référence sur le site - chambre a 1900 euros pour trois nuits au premier donnant sur la route (changement demandé mais seulement accepté avec paiement complémentaire, quel sens commercial !!! ) - un tout petit bar et la même salle servant au petit déjeuner et au restaurant - soins du Spa inaccessibles avant trois semaines - hôtel sans doute rafraîchi mais avec matériaux de qualité moyenne...

"Bien mais la décoration des chambres est très triste, manque de gaité et de couleurs. Les Rideaux du salon gris a nettoyer d'urgence . La salle de restaurant mérite une rénovation mais surtout la vue mer est gâchée par une terrasse pronade moche des plantes et fleurs seraient les bienvenus "

"The hotel is nicely placed for highway access and walking into Bayeux. Easy to get on the road to the beaches and memorials. With the town on one side and farm on the other, very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The restaurant is handy but with a limited menu and the items don’t change night to night. While the food was tasty we found our meals weren’t very hot so that could be improved upon. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it to others."
