"The property is situated at very good location, has good view and is close to the market. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly."

"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...

"Very limited parking , the street was always wet with garbage water due to a dump site at parking area，smelly. Room conditions poor, very small room and no place to put luggage, too smally moving place, the dressing table is so small only for kids, I think is for children 😒.smelly comforter, pillow very hard . Very disappointed stay and not worth for the price."

"I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet.The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible."

"Good experience generally. Nice hotel & good location. Bathrooms excellent. Some confusion as our booking said private balcony in a budget room. Apparently they don't exist, budget rooms don't even have windows! "
