"Description of the room is not accurate. Rooms are very dated and not well maintained at all. We booked a Twin room and a deluxe Triple room. The Triple room hardly had any walking space, definitely not what was shown in the pictures. Rug is dirty, no housekeeping done at all. There is no shower curtain provided so the toilet floor is constantly wet and no floor mat is provided. Had to ask for more towels so can be used to soak up the water else will be dangerous for elderly guests. Even then,...

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "I was disappointed with my stay here. My room didn't have a proper window and there was little natural light. Staff were efficient enough, but showed no warmth or interest towards their guests. The clock in the park across the road plays a tune every hour, which gets a little wearing. On the plus side, breakfast is excellent! I especially enjoyed the French toast and the fresh fruit. The location is also very good, just five minutes from the bus station."
