"It started out bad as the check in person was not very nice. She was just herding us through and we were the only people there. I had to remind her to give us a bottle of wine. It's too bad as we have always had a nice welcome there in the past. Everything else is perfect about this place. Room, location, friendly cleaning staff, and now a great breakfast is available. I highly recommend it!"

"Clean room, we liked how the rooms were individual and you entered from the outside! it was a really busy week in Banff yet it was a super quiet hotel and we were never disturbed! The hot tub was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here! "
