"Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...

"First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. Pool, Way too cold for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast, the coffee, tea set up needs some better thought. Adult only and friendly staff with free parking just outside."

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"

"Had a recent stay here. Rooms are clean and massive. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The entertainments lady was fab too, with poolside and evening activities. Food is pretty samey, as is with most hotels, but plenty of choice. Right on the beach, and quite central. Would deffo return. Thank you!"

There was initially a minor mix-up over our pick-up from the airport, which we had booked in advance. There was no car to meet and greet us as we had booked. "Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "
