From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Our second visit to the property was beautiful and peaceful as before. I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned after10am allowing time to shower, enjoy breakfast and to tidy away our personal belongings for the cleaner. We particularly liked the pretty setting and the authentic Canarian country house atmosphere. The tea and coffee facilities available to guests was really helpful too.

A most enjoyable stay. Sonja and Miguel could not have been more helpful. When we decided to reduce the length of our stay by one night so that we could be nearer the international airport, Sonja found and booked another hotel for us. How's that for understanding and service? Strongly recommended hotel.

A one night stay whilst staying in Puerto. Lovely room, well equipped. A comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast sufficient. Friendly staff. Quiet area, parking outside on the street. Nice restaurants in the area.

This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. Grounds are really well kept, staff are amazing and pool area is so nice with a fantastic view Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance which are a fantastic Will be in a rush to come back

We booked the hotel because of location for walking and price. Basically we can't fault the hotel: Room great, food delicious, staff good fun and helpful. If you want a hotel that is not part of the metropolis of Southern Tenerife, somewhere that is quiet, good for walking - excellent value for money, this is the hotel for you. We would definitely return!

An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.

Lovely, quiet place to stay!

The hotel is very peaceful, set just inland and on the edge of a high class golf course. The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must! The staff are superb, all entering into the spirit of the New Year break, with gala dinner etc. Meals and all hotel costs were reasonable and of high quality with both buffet...

We have just come back from a 9 night stay at RGV - it was a truly magical holiday! The staff are the best ever I have ever met - always willing to go over and beyond and so incredibly friendly and smiley. Tom. Was particularly helpful and the kids really loved his chocolate milkshakes! The villa we stayed in (the Miami) was absolutely gorgeous - honestly never seen anything like it. The private pool was lovely and the whole experience was a little taste of paradise. There isn't much within...

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

We stayed in Casablanca Apartments July 14 to July 29, a family of four in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable: 1: Staff: Very professional and pleasant- helpful and friendly - receptionists, bar staff, maids all provided excellent support 2: Apartment: Great size, kitchen well equipped- you need to bring nothing, there is even an oven and juicer, , all has marble floor, nice balcony, TV has 8 English channels, Film 4 BBC1 - BBC 2- ITV-Gold-24 hrs News etc ...

The Room was ok. The bathroom could use a little updating but the room was at a great price, and offered exactly what we wanted. Somewhere not too large but still with a restrurant and buffet breakfast. this fitted the bill perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were very helpful and the maids even put the oranges we bought in to a fruit bowl for us. The Hotel itslef is in a greta location - very quiet but really accessible and overall we had a fantastic honeymoon. Highly...

Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.
