I had a great stay here. The property is clean and beautiful. The streets quiet down after 10 pm. The breakfast was also very good.

Lovely place to stay near Plaza del Charco. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having the delicious breakfast with the great view to mountain Teide. We’ll be back!

The hotel was a perfect stop in Puerto de la Cruz. Lots of public parking at the beach in walking distance. Great breakfast with gluten free options and alternative milks. The best thing was the terrace where you eat breakfast. Incredible view of Teide and the sea, and a pool with barely anybody around at this time of year.

Very good value for money. Staff all very professional and friendly. Very clean room, comfy beds, relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooftop terrasse with pool (though I did not use it). Good breakfast. Very well located. They do a very nice job. I would certainly recommend!

This is a gem of a hotel. Minimalist but has everything you need. It’s also situated in a very convenient location with many restaurants and things to see nearby including beaches and Loro park! The breakfast has a fantastic selection and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Staff are courteous and helpful and the price is super reasonable! I highly recommend DWO Nopal!

Nice hotel in the heart of the old town

Nice hotel with contemporary decor adjacent to / in the old part of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The tech needs some attention - pictuer on TV kept breaking up and had to be fixed a couple of times. Wi-Fi coverage could be better. Would stay again if back in Puerto de la Cruz.

The hotel is awesome, however there is no parking. They advertise nearby free parking but there is never space to park. I did find a paid parking about 10 minutes away - $15/day - that solved my parking problem. The hotel is in the middle of everything. Nightly strolls and a glass of sangria - I would recommend (even with the parking issue)

Halten Sie sich fern von diesem Hotel, wenn Sie einen gewissen Standard von Niveau, Umgangsformen und geschultem Personal erwarten. Dieses Hotel ist reine Abzocke. Alles aufzulisten würde den Rahmen sprengen. Ich habe mich mit Gästen aus Südamerika unterhalten, die ähnlich enttäuscht waren. Sie vermuteten, dass es ein Geldwäsche Betrieb sei. Ich kann dazu natürlich nichts sagen. Ich möchte nur jeden warnen: Verschwenden Sie Ihr Geld und kostbaren Urlaubstage nicht in diesem Hotel!

We stayed at DWO Nopal for a week as we explored Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz and Teide. It is clean, modern, stylish and san excellent experience. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The breakfast was lovely, beds comfy, wifi consistent and air conditioning effective. Highly recommended!
